Sailboat Diaper Cakes
A sailboat diaper cake is made either as a regularly shaped diaper cake with a sailboat theme or as a diaper cake that is shaped like a sailboat containing additional gifts inside.
A sailboat diaper cake is sometimes also made in the shape of a sailboat with the base of the boat made of diapers as well as other materials such as washcloths, which serve as additional gifts. Inside the boat, there are other baby gifts such as lotion, shampoo, etc. depending upon the individual cake.

Duck Diaper Cake
I have seen some unique diaper cakes available recently, and one of those is a duck diaper cake that is make in the shape of a duck with diapers and other baby accessories as the materials for making it. This lends itself nicely to a rubber ducky themed baby shower with this duck cake as the centerpiece and maybe other rubber ducky themed gift items for the baby.
